With "My Distinctive", you'll have online access to more information about available properties, and have new tools to allow you to communicate your wants and needs more effectively with your Distinctive Properties agent.

My Distinctive offers a variety of online enhancements to clients who are buying or selling a house:

• Save a search for future, repeated use (so you don't need to re-enter number of bedrooms, bathrooms, preferred city, etc., each time you search).
• Receive daily or weekly email alerts with new listings that match your search.
• Print specially formatted versions of MLS listings.
• View a slideshow of all photos available for any MLS listing.
• Save MLS listings into your personal "favorites" list, which can be accessed online from any computer or mobile device anywhere.
• Email your favorites to your agent (to setup times to view each home).
• See recent suggested listings and  messages from your agent.
• Receive our quarterly Distinctive Properties newsletter with news on the local housing market and information to help you get the best value whether buying or selling a home.
• Request a Distinctive Properties "newcomer packet" for people just moving to our area.
• Update your contact information at any time.
• Change your My Distinctive options at any time.

Our website offers a number of features that require that we use Javascript. Obviously you will need to allow Javascript for these features to work and really most sites today utilize Javascript in a similar fashion so this really should not be an issue.  Some web browsers are better than others with regard to Javascript performance but two stand out as poor performers in this area: Internet Explorer Version 7 and Version 8.  While we have worked hard to make our site work with these browsers the experience will be slower than we would like.
