HERE'S A COMMENT FROM ONE OF CURTIS' CLIENTS:
"My husband and I have been in our new home for two weeks now. I have finally been through enough boxes and cleared enough mess to enable me to sit at my computer and write this letter.
I received a letter and a survey from you dated April 24th. You requested that I complete the survey and return it to you. Enclosed please find the survey. Along with the survey, I have added some additional comments concerning Distintive Properties and in particular the performance of Curtis Dahl.
I would like to preface my comments with my experience. I am retired now, but was in the mortgage industry for over 20 years. I held positions from Senior Underwriter to Area Manager of two large mortgage companies. I have had working relationships with many individuals in the mortgage related field from Real Estate Agents to Secondary Marketing Managers. Through these relationships and positions I feel I can speak with authority on professionalism and what it takes to be a professional.
When my husband and I met Curtis Dahl, we found him personable and informed. We were made to feel we were his only clients. If Curtis didn't immediately have an answer to a question, he would get the answer and have the answer to us in a timely manner. Timely and correct feedback carried through the entire process.
With Curtis' help, we made three offers on three different homes. In each instance we found Curtis to be supportive, informative and educated in his area of expertise. We felt very comfortable knowing Curtis was at our side. We found Curtis to be honest and handled problems and problem people with tact and integrity. I feel Curtis is a true Professional and an asset to his chosen profession.
When my husband and I first met Curtis, he was with another Real Estate Company. I was comfortable with this other company because I had dealings with them many times in Western Washington. They are an impressive firm there. I am not sure if I can put my finger on exactly what was missing but felt that Curtis may not have the support he needed through this other Real Estate Company.
When Curtis left the other Real Estate Company and joined Distinctive Properties, Inc., I began to see a difference. Marketing materials and advertising looked better and was more plentiful. Other Distinctive Properties agents took an interest in the home we were trying to sell. We began to feel a part of a larger team. I was glad Curtis had made the switch and was able to take our listing with him.
In conclusion, both my husband and I want to thank Curtis Dahl and Distinctive Properties for the hard work. Buying and Selling a home is a stressful undertaking. Knowing you were there made things easier. You can bet that we will recommend Curtis Dahl and Distinctive Properties to other people. In fact, we already have."
HERE'S A COMMENT FROM ANOTHER AGENT WHO HAS WORKED WITH CURTIS:

"I'd like to start off by saying thank you for this wonderful opportunity to better my working skills in the pre-interview. By helping me with your suggestions on how to improve my answers and dressing more appropriately. Also by using the phrase "I'm going to" instead of "I want to" . So thank you for the opportunity once again."
